1. Photostat copy of the Certificate of enrolment *
2. Photostat copy of the Certificate to prove age *
3. One passport size photograph of the advocate in robes is pasted in the application form.
4. Incomplete application will be summarily rejected.
5. If any of the particulars provided by the applicant is later found to be incorrect, his membership will be canceled.
6. If an identity card\ Life membership certificate is required, kindly produce an extra 2 passport size photographs of the advocate in robes

For an Identity card an extra charge of Rs. 100\-& for Life membership certificate an extra charge of Rs. 50\- will have to be paid
